Management and organization of production under economic and technical aspects
Responsibility for order processing in line with deadlines, quality and costs, considering applicable environmental protection and occupational health and safety standards
Contact person for production, responsible for quality, fault resolution and troubleshooting
Production planning based on customer orders and preparation of the associated documentation.
Responsible for planning, structuring, monitoring and optimizing production workflows and processes to improve efficiency, quality and reduce costs (CIP)
Monitoring of the applicable BImSchG (BImSchG knowledge is an advantage)
Personnel responsibility for all employees in his area as well as qualification of employees through internal training courses
Support in technical purchasing

Successfully completed studies/training (process engineering, textile technology, or comparable) or several years of professional experience with management responsibility (at least 5 years)
Very good knowledge of process engineering and work organization
Good knowledge of project
Analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
Good experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
High level of persuasiveness and assertiveness
