We offer a wide selection of standard carbon,hybrid and unidirectional fabrics under our KORDCARBON product line. Our impregnated materials product line includes a range of carbon and glass fibre prepregs.

Depending on the application we are happy to develop and tailor these to our customers’ specific requirements. Our portfolio of technical laminates encompasses copper-clad material for the circuit board industry, insulating laminates and special technical laminates.



Thanks to a high degree of vertical integration, we can directly address customer requirements, even during the fabric structure development stage, and manufacture special fabrics such as hybrid fabrics made from carbon or aramid fibres.

Depending on end use requirements, fabrics are then subjected to an impregnation process to endow them with specific, required properties (i.e. impact strength, heat resistance, etc.)

For our prepregs we use these epoxid resins:

  • EP1 Tg 115°C medium Tack for wind, leisure and industrial application
  • EP2 Tg 165°C medium Tack for higher quality and technical efforts
  • EP3 Tg 130°C medium to high Tack transparent system for visible parts
  • EP4 Tg 125°C medium Tack modified system for higher impact strength applications
  • EP5 Tg 208°C medium Tack for tooling building hardenable at 55°C and final tempering at 190°C
  • EP6 Tg 140°C medium Tack for prepreg compressed moulding
